GETTING STARTED

  • How do I subscribe to one of your plans?
    Signing up with Transervio is fast and easy. Just fill out the form and select the plan that fits your needs. New clients always receive the first two weeks at no cost. If you want to change your plan later, reach out and we’ll assist you.

  • How much do you charge?
    We provide multiple subscription choices. You can pick from monthly plans or pay-as-you-go. The price depends on your chosen plan and/or usage (usage-based billing is only for pay-as-you-go). You’ll always see your costs upfront—no hidden charges.

  • What are distributed warehouses I keep hearing people talk about?
    We operate a broad network of warehouses nationwide. When you use our Order Fulfillment, we store your products in locations nearest to your customers. Orders ship from the closest warehouse, reducing your shipping expenses and ensuring quick delivery for your customers. It’s the best of both worlds!

SHIPPING

  • What is the minimum monthly order volume for a business to participate in your fulfillment plan?
    There are no minimum or maximum order limits. You can run your business as you prefer, and we’ll handle your orders no matter the volume.

  • My business deals with hazardous and/or fragile materials. Can I participate?
    Yes! We have expertise in managing hazardous and fragile goods. We’re EPA certified and follow all necessary regulations. We welcome your business.

  • One of my customer orders was undeliverable, what will happen to that shipment?
    If an order can’t be delivered, the carrier returns it to us. We’ll attempt to contact the customer and resend if possible. USPS may charge for returns, while other carriers might offer free returns for undeliverable shipments.

  • Generally speaking, how long does it take you to process an order?
    Orders received before 2 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends are handled the next business day.

  • Can Transervio help our business with overseas shipping?
    Definitely! We specialize in international shipping and offer a variety of cost-effective shipping solutions. Our carrier network is among the largest globally.

  • How much do you charge for packaging and/or shipping supplies?
    Standard packaging and shipping materials are free. If you want to use your own branded packaging, extra charges will apply.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION

  • How do I know if my website is compatible with Transervio’s system?
    Our platform is very flexible and integrates with most leading eCommerce systems. If you have a custom site, we’ll work with your developers to ensure smooth integration.

  • How long does it take for the entire integration process to take effect?
    Our IT specialists focus on quick and seamless integration, so your customers enjoy uninterrupted service. Integration typically takes only a few hours, and we guarantee no downtime, even during updates.

  • Do I have to use your software? What if I choose not to?
    While we suggest using our software, it’s not mandatory. Many clients value having a central dashboard for business management, plus advanced AI and analytics tools that make our system a top pick in eCommerce.

PAYMENTS

  • How often can I expect to receive an invoice?
    Invoices are issued weekly. You’ll receive an automatic alert when your invoice is available.

  • What do I do if something on my invoice doesn’t seem right?
    Simply call or email us, and we’ll help answer your question or correct any problems. Please notify us within 30 days if you spot a billing mistake.

  • How do I pay my bill?
    You can pay with a U.S. bank account or with cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Litecoin.

  • If I choose to consolidate packages to maximize savings, will you charge me for the consolidation service?
    No, we don’t charge for package consolidation. It’s a complimentary service to help you save on shipping.

  • What discounts are available to customers?
    We provide some of the most competitive rates in the industry, along with extra discounts. Ask your representative to ensure you’re getting all the savings you qualify for.
